Backstory
ERIKS Seals & Plastics, a division of the Dutch company ERIKS, was spun off as part of a carveout by a private equity fund, Luther King Capital. The newly independent entity needed to develop a new brand identity by early 2024 to represent the standalone company moving forward.
Challenge
The challenge was to differentiate the brand in a somewhat commoditized market and tell a broad story that encompassed both existing and potential product ranges, as the business planned to grow through acquisitions. XMEK came to us with a vision to establish themselves as a leader in value-added distribution of sealing and bearing solutions. With this new vision, they sought to position XMEK as a trusted partner providing unparalleled expertise and a wide range of tailored solutions.
