The Challenge
South Florida ENT Associates had grown through acquisition, but their brand hadn’t kept pace with their ambitions. They were operating as a regional provider when the strategy called for something bigger: a national platform capable of attracting ENT practices across the country and positioning itself as the preferred acquirer in the space.
The core brand problem was structural. They needed an identity that could transact, one that could approach and acquire practices nationally, while their retail-facing brands retained the regional trust and recognition that made them valuable in the first place. One brand couldn’t do both jobs.
The Solution
CSBG partnered with the Director of Marketing and executive leadership to solve the architecture problem first. The answer was a two-tier brand system: a new MSO identity, Elevate ENT Partners, built to operate and transact at the platform level, sitting above retail brands like South Florida ENT Associates and Texas ENT Specialists that continued to carry their regional equity.
We developed the full identity for Elevate ENT Partners: name, logo, messaging framework, and positioning strategy. The brand was built explicitly around the Acquirer of Choice narrative, giving practices a compelling reason to partner with Elevate over competitors, and giving the platform a story that held up in conversations with both practices and investors.
Once the brand was established, we developed integration playbooks to guide brand architecture, communications, and positioning through transaction close and beyond, so each new acquisition could be brought into the platform efficiently and consistently.

Elevate ENT Partners launched with a clear platform identity and the infrastructure to grow it. The two-tier brand architecture gave the MSO the credibility to transact nationally while protecting the community equity of acquired practices, a balance that’s critical in healthcare consolidation.
