Positioning an MSO as the Most Respectable ENT Group in the Country

The Challenge

South Florida ENT Associates partnered with CS Brand Group because they needed to completely revamp their existing brand architecture and identity — and they wanted to expand beyond the South Florida area to attract ENT practices across the country.

The Solution

CS Brand Group partnered with the Director of Marketing and other executives to launch a full BrandBuild engagement that included a new name, logo, messaging framework, and strategy on how to position the company as the most respected Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) group in the country. We created an identity for their MSO, Elevate ENT Partners, that could operate and transact with practices separate from their retail brands, which tend to have more regional naming (South Florida ENT Associates, Texas ENT Specialists, etc.).





After successfully launching the brand, CS Brand Group continues to support Elevate with a BrandExtend campaign that helps differentiate the brand and communicate their leading position as the Acquirer of Choice within the ENT space. To facilitate efficient integration, we were also engaged to build integration playbooks that would guide brand architecture, communications, and positioning of acquisitions through transaction close and beyond.
